Are there any fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals?
We don't charge fees for crypto deposits or withdrawals to and from your Tickmill wallet. However, fees may be applied by your crypto provider.
Do I need to use the same crypto wallet and cryptocurrency to withdraw that I used to make a deposit to my Tickmill wallet?
No, you can use different cryptocurrencies for deposits and withdrawals, as long as they are among the options offered by Tickmill and the crypto wallets lawfully belong to you.
How long does it take Tickmill to process a withdrawal in Cryptocurrency?
We usually process crypto withdrawals within a few minutes to 24 hours. After we process your withdrawal, additional time may be required as ID verification is carried out by our crypto provider. This step is handled entirely by them and usually takes between 12 and 24 hours. It is a one-time process, and once it is completed, you will be notified by email.
