    Account Registration

    Can I open more than one trading account with Tickmill EU?

    Yes, you can have a maximum of 6 live trading accounts (TradingView, MT4, MT5).

    Do you offer swap-free (Islamic) accounts?

    Yes, we offer swap-free (Islamic) accounts for traders who cannot engage in transactions involving interest due to religious reasons, such as those following Islamic principles. Learn more about swap-free accounts here.

    How can I open a corporate account?

    To register for a corporate account through the Client Area, you must submit:

    • Articles of Association

    • An identification document

    • Proof of both individual and corporate address

    • Certificate of Incorporation or Company Registration Card (This must clearly show the company's address, legal representatives and registration details.)

    Depending on your company's country of registration or beneficiary setup, we may request additional documents, especially for offshore entities.

    These may include:

    1. Certificate of Incorporation

    2. Articles of Association

    3. Memorandum of Understanding

    4. Certificate of Good Standing

    5. Certificate of Incumbency/Register of Members

    6. The last full year’s audited accounts

    How do I open a live MT4/MT5 trading account?

    You can open a live trading account from your Client Area once you’re registered with Tickmill.

    1. Log in to your Client Area

    2. Go to the Trading Accounts section and click Add Trading Account

    3. Follow the on-screen steps to choose your account setup.

    Is it possible to archive an account that is not in use?

    Yes, an account may get archived under certain conditions.

    If the account balance is equal to or less than 50 GBP/EUR/USD (or 200 ZAR) and there have been no login attempts to the trading platform, no trading activity, no open positions or pending orders, and no withdrawals or deposits made for a specific period of time, the account will be automatically archived by the system and will no longer be visible under active accounts in the Client Area.

    The inactivity period depends on the platform:

    • MT4/MT5 accounts are archived after 60 days of inactivity.

    • Tickmill Trader/TradingView accounts are archived after 30 days of inactivity.

    Any remaining balance will be transferred to your wallet. Archived accounts can be found under Trading Accounts > Inactive Trading Accounts in your Client Area.

    What are the requirements to register with Tickmill?

    To register for an individual account through the Client Area, you will need to provide the following documents:

    • Proof of Identity (POI)

    • Proof of Address (POA)

    What base currencies can I open an account in?

    You can choose USD, EUR, GBP, PLN, or CHF as your account’s base currency. The currencies available to you depend on your country of residence.
