When are swaps charged at a triple rate for currency pairs and metals?

Triple swaps are charged once a week to account for Saturday and Sunday, when the markets are closed.

    • For FX pairs, Gold, and Silver, triple swaps apply to positions held overnight on Wednesday.

    • For all other instruments, the triple swap is applied on Friday.

This is a standard practice across the industry.

    Example:

If you open a 1-lot long position on EURAUD, the overnight swap charge would be –14.11 AUD.

If you hold this position overnight on Wednesday, the charge would be –14.11 × 3 = –42.33 AUD.

If your account currency is in USD, the swap is converted to USD using the AUDUSD spot rate.

Where can I check the swap rates?

We update the swaps based on the rates given to us by our counterparties. We recommend checking them directly within your MetaTrader platform. You can also view our updated swaps by clicking here.

To view swap rates on MetaTrader:

    1. Log in to MetaTrader

    2. Go to View, then Symbols

    3. Select your instrument and click Properties

You’ll see two types of swaps:

    • Swap long for buy (long) positions

    • Swap short for sell (short) positions

Swaps are charged at 00:00 platform time.

Where can I find my account balance and my trading history?

You can view your balance and trading history in two ways:

    • On your trading platform (MT4, MT5). Each platform displays your balance and history only for that specific account.

    • In your Client Area. This provides a broader overview of all your accounts.
