Can I withdraw using a different payment method from the one I used to deposit?

Our policy is to process withdrawals via the same method you used to deposit. For example, if you deposited with a credit card, the card will be credited with the amount equal to your deposit. Upon request, we can send any profits via other payment methods registered in your name.

How do I withdraw funds from my account?

To make a withdrawal, log in to your Client Area and complete the withdrawal form in the Wallets section. We don’t charge any fees on withdrawals.

How fast do you process withdrawals?

We process all withdrawal requests within one working day.

How long does it take for funds to reach my bank account?

Withdrawal requests are processed by our Client Accounting Department within one working day. However, the time it takes for the funds to reach you depends on the payment method you choose:

International bank wire: 2–7 working days
Card withdrawals: Up to 8 working days
All other payment methods: Usually within 1 working day

What is the minimum withdrawal?

The minimum withdrawal is 25 USD , EUR , GBP, PLN, CHF.
